Day One: Arrival to Lapland

Your Lapland adventure begins with a direct flight from Dublin Airport to Kittilä Airport, located north of the Arctic Circle. The flying time is just over 3 hours, and you will be served a light meal and enjoy on-board entertainment.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Santa’s helpful guides who will assist you in getting fitted with your essential thermal clothing.

Complimentary Gear: You will receive thermal suits, boots, socks, gloves, and a warm hat, ensuring you stay warm and toasty throughout your trip.

A short 20-minute coach transfer will take you to your accommodation, the Break Sokos Hotel. Keep an eye out for Santa’s reindeers and his secret hideaway! The remainder of the day is free to Explore the enchanting village of Levi or enjoy the hotel facilities. Your busy day tomorrow will be preceded by a relaxing evening.

Evening: Buffet Dinner at your hotel.

Day Two: Search for Santa and Arctic Adventures

The highlight of your trip begins after breakfast! You will join Santa’s helpers to Search for Santa deep in the Arctic wilderness, enjoying a full day of thrilling winter activities:

  • Tobogganing (Snow Fun)
  • Visit Santa’s Hideaway

You will visit one of Santa’s secret, enchanting workshops, where you will:

  • Attend Elf School: Learn the importance of being an elf.
  • Elf Bakery: Take part in festive gingerbread decorating.
  • Elf’s House: Take a guided tour, glimpse the elves’ bedrooms, and listen to their funny stories.
  • Help in the Wrapping Room and Post Office: Assist the elves with sorting letters and preparing gifts.
  • Private Family Meeting with Santa Claus: A magical opportunity to meet Santa himself!
  • Reindeer Spotting: Look out for some of Santa’s famous reindeers, like Dancer or Rudolph, taking a well-earned rest.

A simple but nice lunch will be served to recharge your batteries during the day. In the late afternoon, you will return to your hotel for a buffet dinner.

Day Three: Visit to the Snow Village

Enjoy a relaxing free morning—explore the surrounding area, play in the snow, or pre-book an optional family excursion.

After lunch, we will visit the magnificent Snow Village, a magical world built each year from 20 million kilos of snow and ice.

Explore: Discover the unique Snow Hotel (with snow rooms and suites), the Ice Restaurant, Ice Bar, Ice Chapel, a slide, and vast corridors filled with spectacular ice artwork.

Upon returning to your hotel, you will enjoy a special Festive Dinner. You might even be lucky enough to see Santa make a special appearance tonight!

Day Four: Departure

Alas, it is time to depart. After checking out, you will take a short transfer back to Kittilä Airport for your return flight to Dublin. A light lunch will be served on board the flight home.
