The excitement starts the moment you board your flight. Upon arrival in Lapland, our team of “Arctic Stars” will be waiting to whisk you away. During the scenic transfer to Ruka Valley, we’ll brief you on the mission ahead: finding Santa Claus himself!

We’ll make a quick stop to kit you out with your complimentary thermal snowsuits and boots before checking into your accommodation. Whether you choose a contemporary, Scandi-chic Valley Apartment or a cozy, traditional Aurin Apartment—complete with a private sauna and crackling log fire—you’ll be surrounded by picturesque Arctic beauty. Enjoy a relaxed buffet dinner as you rest up for the main event tomorrow.

Day 2: The Search for Santa

After a hearty breakfast, the real adventure begins. We’ll head out by coach to hidden locations near Ruka Valley to meet Santa’s elusive elves. You’ll be assisted by the local huskies and reindeer, who are eager to help you track down the Big Man.

Will Wendy Wood, Santa’s Chief Toymaker, lead you to the secret hideaway? Or will the mischievous Tricky Dicky try to send you in the wrong direction? The adventure is yours to uncover.

Day 3: Farewell to the Arctic

Enjoy one last warm breakfast before saying your goodbyes to the elves. It’s time to depart the magical world of Lapland as we transfer you back to the airport for your flight home, carrying memories that will last a lifetime.
